Your Will. Safe. Secure.

Keep your important documents safe, up to date, and easy to find when needed.

What happens if a Will can't be found?

A Will that’s lost, damaged or destroyed is as good as no will at all. Courts won’t accept a copy without extensive legal process, and your family could be left in a difficult and costly situation as a result.

Our will storage service keeps your documents safe, fully insured and easy to access when the time comes. And because life changes, we include unlimited updates so your will always reflects your wishes.

What’s included in our Will Storage & Updates package?

Secure Will Storage

Your documents are stored in fully insured, climate-controlled vaults, protected against fire, flood, theft and damage.

Digital Asset Vault

Store passwords, important documents and digital files securely in your own personal vault, with access granted to the right people when the time comes.

Unlimited Will Updates

Life changes. Your will should too. Update it as many times as you need, from small amendments to complete rewrites.

FAQ

Is it safe to keep my Will at home?

You can, but it comes with real risks.

Wills kept at home can be lost, damaged in a fire or flood, or simply misplaced over time.

Our storage service keeps your documents fully insured and protected, so there’s no risk of them being lost or destroyed.

With our storage package, there are no limits on the changes you can make. Whether it’s a minor amendment or a complete rewrite, we’ll update your documents whenever your circumstances change.

A copy is not legally acceptable as a substitute for the original. If the original can’t be found, the courts automatically assume it was deliberately destroyed. To use a copy, your family would need to obtain affidavits from the original witnesses, sworn legal statements from the executor, and provide a full account of how the original was lost. Even then, the courts may still reject it.

Storing your original Will safely protects your family from a costly and time-consuming legal process at an already difficult time.

We recommend requesting a certified copy rather than the original, to avoid any risk of damage. If you do need the original, get in touch and we’ll send it to you by recorded delivery within 7 working days. You can also view up-to-date scans of your documents in your digital vault at any time.
